He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Sue Moody; his parents, Carl Griffin and Cora Griffin; his sisters, Alberta Gowin and Omagene Griffin; and his brother-in-law Joe Moody.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Griffin (Dottie) of Tunnel Hill; his daughters, Debbie Griffin (Keith) of Dalton, Jodi Keeble (Gary) of Dalton, Tracy Huddleston (Wesley) of Carrollton and Susan Griffin Dietz (Jere) of Ventura, CA.; his brother-in-law Frank Moody (Annette) of Tunnel Hill; his brother Larry Reed of Tunnel Hill; his grandchildren, Jon-Wesley Huddleston (Kristin), Jillian Hill (Cody), Laura Souther (Jake), Alex Keeble, Thomas Keeble and Jamie Dietz; and his great grandchildren, Griffin Souther, Bergen Souther, Julia Huddleston and Kate Huddleston. He is also survived by his girls, grandchildren, great grand-children.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, due to Covid.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tunnel Hill United Methodist Church.
