With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Ruth Carpenter (Tucker, Georgia), who passed away on November 23, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donnie Rae Carpenter; her parents, Jewel Lyon and Rachel Mae Lyon; her siblings, Lois Smith, Lucy Lyon, Durward Lyon and Joyce Klepper; her siblings-in-law, Audean Lyon and Charles Klepper; her in-laws, Lee and Louise Carpenter; her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Fowler, George Wayne Fowler, Sue Stovall and Tommy Stovall; and her nieces, Brenda Fletcher and Shelley Stovall.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Snow; her son-in-law Christopher Snow; her sons, Curtis Carpenter and Gary Carpenter; her daughter-in-law Cindy Carpenter; her grandchildren, Floyd "Beau" Wilson, Camille Wilson, Kimberly Roland and Bradley Roland; and her great grandchildren, Vivienne Wilson, Hayden, Reece and Beckett Roland.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Virginia's memory to the American Diabetes Association.
