She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon D. Godfrey Sr. and Lula Mae Todd Godfrey; her spouse Willy "Dean" Bagwell; and her sister Diane Rice. She is survived by: her sibling W. D. Godfrey Jr.; her children, Dean'na Bagwell and Chris Bagwell; and her nieces and nephews, Todd Godfrey, Joseph Godfrey, Jeffrey Godfrey, Brandy Lee, Ashley Godfrey, Carrie Lieberstein and Timothy Godfrey.
In honor of her memory, donations to a charity of choice are welcomed in place of flowers.
