It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Kate Perry (Tucker, Georgia), who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shirah and Elsie Shirah; her son Jeffrey Eugene; her husband Gene; and her sisters, Sarah Noblet, Aileen Shirah, Ann Carter and Jo Franklin.
She is survived by: her brother Conrad "Buster" Shirah of Centerville, Georgia; her children, Theresa Baudier of Vero Beach, Florida and Mark; her son-in-law Mark Knowles of Los Angeles, California; her son Matt; her daughter-in-law Debbi Perry of Jefferson, Georgia; her granddaughters, Ashley Nesbitt of Jefferson and Stephanie; her grandson-in-law Brent Gulley of Jefferson; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Harper and Zachary.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens (3000 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084).
