With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Holly Ann Smith Birx (Tucker, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 22, 2025 at the age of 63. As we bid Holly Ann Smith farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Holly Ann Smith is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavaughn Smith and JoAnn Smith; her brother Michael L Smith; and her brother-in-law Glenn D Palmer. She is survived by: her sister Robin Smith Palmer; her nephews, Justin Palmer (Jori) and Michael Palmer (Niki); and her niece Stephanie P (Jackson Wyss). She is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Main Street Church (5073 Lavista Rd, Tucker, GA 30084). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
