He is survived by: his parent Nettie Ruth Keasler Pettyjohn; his wife Angie Drake Pettyjohn; his son Michael Pettyjohn; his son-in-law Amanda; his grandchildren, Jace Brown, Jocelyn Crain, Jaylee Crain, Sadie Murphy, David Romine, Beth Romine, Ronnie Pettyjohn, Tony Farrar and Johnnie Stoker; and also, Jamie Crain and Lindsey Murphy.
