It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Forbes of Trion, Georgia, born in Summerville, Georgia, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ramond David and Dorothy Jean Thrasher Clowdis; and her sister Joyce Jean Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Forbes; her sons, Neil Colbert (Deb) and Tony Colbert; her brother David Clowdis (Donna); her grandchildren, Dalton Colbert (Heather), Jason Clayton (Kelly), Rebecca Clayton, Aimee Bornstein (Dave) and Breana Knight (Eric); her sister Lena; and her brother-in-law Jim Crooker.
