He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mobley and Shirley Kelly Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Vanco Mobley; his children, James Mobley (MaCayla), Justin Ott (Amanda), Ronald Mobley (Jabo), Robert Mobley, Whitney Mobley (Jacob Devier), Britney Ward (Justin) and Diamond Roberts; and his siblings, Bobby Roberts, Robin Welch (Mike) and Terry Kinsey. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
