He was predeceased by: his parent Lonnie Carl Treadaway; his brothers, Charles, Tommy, Randy and Jimmy Treadaway; and his close friend Brenda Gail Wilson.
He is survived by: his parent Hattie Mae Brown Treadaway; his son Jerry Dewayne; his daughter-in-law Mariah-Jo Treadaway of Trion; and his siblings, Billy Treadaway, Bobby Treadaway, Shirley Speer, Sandra Kirby, Debbie Pyper, Betty Mahan and Dianne Watkins. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; numerous friends and nieces and nephews.
