She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward Summers and Martha Loudermilk. She is survived by: her husband Larry Tapp; her children, Pamela Christine Daniel (Jamie), Laura Stuckwisch (Daniel), Allen Boyd (Angie) and Sylvia Rodgers (Mike); and her grandchildren, Michael Daniel, Kiley Daniel, Christopher Stuckwisch, Alexia Stuckwisch and Jammie Nichole.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, she has requested that anyone who wishes to do so plant a tree in her memory.
