She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foy Blackmon and Mary Lena Campbell Blackmon; her children, Andy Campbell and Karen Chadwick; and her siblings, Linda Stoner, Steve Blackmon and Sammy Blackmon.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Andrea Carter, Drew, Brittany Campbell, Autumn Campbell, Haven Campbell and Dylan Atkins; and her great grandchildren, Karleigh Carter, Kalie Carter, Josslynn Harris and Jaylynn Harris. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
