He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis "Ted" Buffington and Janie Mae Raines Buffington; his brothers, Franklin D. Buffington, Willis Buffington, James Ray Buffington and Donnie Ray Buffington; and his grandson Eric Raines.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Eaker; his son Dale; his daughter-in-law Angel Buffington; his daughter Ann Raines; his siblings, Bert Buffington, Ronne Buffington and Connie Dilbeck; and his grandchildren, Erica Raines and Summer Burrage. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 shelter in place order, memorial services for Mr. Buffington will be announced once the order has been rescinded.
