It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene B. Garner of Trion, Georgia, born in Summerville, Georgia, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Bartlett and Izetta Mason Bartlett; her children, Lisa Jo Jarrell, Anggie Lee Chandler and Phillip Wayne Garner; and her brothers, Dewayne Bartlett and Marshall Bartlett.
She is survived by: her siblings, Glenia Hayes and James Lee; her sister-in-law Brigette Bartlett; her grandchildren, Rebecca Hall, Zach Reynolds (Erin), Christy Chandler, Chandler Staton and Drew Casteel; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer Reynolds and Cullen Hall. She is also survived by 6 nephews and 3 nieces.
