She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hampton and Lucy Lorene Blevins Hampton; her children, Freddie Hunter and Myra Hunter; her brother Billy Hampton; and her grandson Jeffery Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Hunter (Evette), Darry Hunter (Alicia) and Pamela Vaughn (Terry). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
