He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Chandler Meadows. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Meadows and Rhonda Gilreath (Michael); and his sister Betty Dwyer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be private. The Meadows family along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home remind anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C. D. C. as it pertains to social gatherings including social distancing, gathering limits, and face masks.
