He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jule, Louise Stephens and Dolly Long; and his uncles, Hilton Sizemore and Gene Stephens.
He is survived by: his mother Hilda Ann Stephens; his wife Talitha Meadows Stephens; his children, Joshua Stephens, Greyson Stephens, Brody Stephens and Ann Bauer (Gage); his father Kenneth L. Stephens; his grandson William Bauer; and his parents-in-law, Rhonda and Michael Gilreath.
