We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2023, at the age of 55, Kelly Jean Tinney of Trion, Georgia, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Rose Prior; her grandmother Mildred Prior; and her father-in-law Bud Tinney. She is survived by: her husband Terry Tinney; her sons, Brian Lee (Christy) and Caleb Tinney (Erin); and her brothers, Rusty Lee and Darrin Lee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal rescue of your choice.
