She was predeceased by: her parent Robert L. Timmons; her husband Marvin Haskell Dodson; and her siblings, Robert Timmons, Tom Timmons, Ola R. McWhorter, Alice Ward and Urry Nell Young.
She is survived by: her parent Emma Tavie Garmany Timmons; her children, Dianne Welch of Trion, Darrell Welch of Trion, Darlene Tyler of Trion, Jimmy Tyler of Trion and Haskell; and her brother Arlie Timmons of Trion. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren, 12 Great Great Grandchildren, several Nieces and Nephews.
