He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willie Womack and Stella Odell Long Womack. He is survived by: his wife JoAda Womack; his children, Amanda Fay Womack, Kyleigh Michelle Womack, John Michael Womack, Jr. and Travis Womack; his siblings, Margaret Dovie Womack, Nellie Jane Dobie and JC Womack; and his grandson Zachary Womack. He is also survived by grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
