He is survived by: his parent Hattie Mae Brown Treadaway; his daughter-in-law DeWayne Treadaway; his siblings, Bobby Treadaway, Jerry Treadaway, Billy Treadaway, Shirley Speer, Betty Mahan, Dianne Watkins, Debbie Pyper and Sandra Kirby; his granddaughter Brittani Nicole Treadaway; and also, Dana Treadaway, Farrell Treadaway and John Treadaway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
