We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2023, at the age of 65, Jerry Glenn Payne of Trion, Georgia, born in Whitwell, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. M. Payne and JoAnn Cash; his former wife Annelle Payne; and his brothers, Eddie Payne and Ronnie Dykes.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Lowrance; his children, Brianna Payne, Heather Thompson, Brittany Payne, Amber Tapp, Chastity Fowler and Michael Hammond; and his siblings, Kevin and Kim Manning. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the family to assist with the unexpected funeral expenses.
