She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Rogers and Katie Louise Williams Rogers; her husband Jerry Howard; and her siblings, Raymond Rogers, Terry Rogers, Dale Parham, Amy Barnett and Virginia Choate.
She is survived by: her children, David Blackmon and Angela Dooley; her siblings, Carl Rogers, Donald Rogers, Jimmy Rogers, Tina Hines (Randall) and Sybil Hines; and her close friend Tony Emmanuel. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
