He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Williams and Pauline Ware Williams; and his daughter Janet Cabe. He is survived by: his wife Betty Louise Williams; his stepchildren, Rickey, Melinda Tucker, Trena and Denny Strickland; his siblings, Shirley Woodard and Jerry; his sister-in-law Ann Williams; and his grandchildren, Matthew Cabe, Amy, Steve Helms, Jason and Selena Tucker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
