He is survived by: his wife Betty Carter; his daughter Lisa Carter Watson; his son-in-law Quinton; his siblings, Gladys Carter Reese and Gene "Moose"; his sister-in-law Judy Carter; his grandchildren, Sandi Watson Glenn, Lee Glenn and Jeffery Watson; his great grandchildren, Kaleigh, Garret Matis, Carter Lee Glenn, Nathan Watson and James Watson; his friend Paul Purcell; and his caregivers, Hannah Johnson and Stephanie Dennis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
