She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Ashworth and Lillie Frances Broyles Ashworth; her husband Edward "Cotton" Jackson; and her siblings, Winfred Colley, Frances Shoemaker, Bill Ashworth, Tommy Ashworth, Raymond Ashworth, Hubert Ashworth and Jim Ashworth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Jackson, Shirley (Jim Bowers) and Lynn (Michael Adair); her sister Sue; her siblings-in-law, Rick Cybulsky, Cathryn Ashworth, Alice Faye Ashworth and Ann Hudsputh; her grandchildren, India Nicole, Jeff Ledbetter, Ashley, Tyler Sanford and Jackson Bowers; and her great grandchild Ayla Sanford. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the West Hill Cemetery (457 Pine St, Trion, GA 30753).
