He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnie Owens and Minnie Owens; and his siblings, Cora Mae Owens, Virgina Owens, Arnie Owens, Jr., Archie Owens and Walter Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Carney Owens; his children, Arnold Owens and Carma Sue Fields (Billy); his sister Lilly Dilbeck; his grandchildren, Eric Owens (Janine), Chasity Peek (Mitchell), Shelby Allen (Dustin) and Addison Fields (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Hunter Peek, Westin Allen and Whitley Allen. He is also survived by numerous extended family & friends.
