He is survived by: his wife Sylvia "Jeannie" Goodson; his daughters, Carla Myers (Doug) and Amanda Carnes (Joey); his sister Cathy Hardin (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Timothy Goodson (Haley) and Tobey DeBerry; and his great grandchild Sadie Rae Goodson.
