He was predeceased by: his father Roy Lee Starkey; his brother Dartey Jacob Ford; his grandparents, Dartey Westbrooks, Roy J. Starkey and Darlis Starkey Peace; and his stepfather Olin Ford, Jr..
He is survived by: his mother Beverly Westbrooks Parris; his stepfather Scott Parris; his brother John Dylan Cody Ford; his sister-in-law Samantha Ford; his stepbrother Mark; and his grandmother Sylvia Starkey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 threat to the community, there will be no public visitation, and the family will leave the cemetery promptly at the conclusion of the service.
