She was predeceased by: her parent Alfred Lee Brown; her husband Olin Emory Ford, Sr.; her son Olin Emory Ford, Jr.; her grandson Dartey Ford; her brother Leroy Brown; and her great grandchildren, Aliyaah Brown and Kiersten Lee Ann Reynolds.
She is survived by: her parent Mattie Ruth Maddux; her children, Amy Gregory, Jeff Ford, Terri Ford, Daniel Ford and Cecelia Ford; her brother Edmond Brown; her sister-in-law Brenda Brown; and her sister George Ann Sweet. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
