She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Taylor Warren and Martha Jane Rickett Warren; her sister Tina Warren Ware; and her granddaughter Katelynn Bass. She is survived by: her children, Brad Stephens, Allen Stephens and Amy Bass; her siblings, Jan (Jerry Corbin), Gini, Kelly Hamilton, Buddy (Sheila Warren) and Don Warren; and her grandchildren, Shawna, Jenna, Dalton, Shelby, Tina, Bubba, Cameron and Skyler. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews and additional family members.
