He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Sumner Ellenburg; and his sister Lori Taylor-Pirkle. He is survived by: his father Alfred Crabtree; his wife Amy Ragan Crabtree; his children, Raymond Crabtree, Dylon Bryson, Anna Sue Crabtree, Kattie Wade and Shaston Bryson Holbrook; his stepfather Eugene Ellenburg; and his siblings, Greg Taylor, Pete Crabtree, Debra Crabtree Holland, Peggy Crabtree Elrod and Kelli Crabtree Narramore.
Visitation will be held privately for the immediate family only. The Crabtree family, along with the staff of Mason Funeral Home remind anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C. D. C. as it pertains to social gatherings including social distancing, gathering limits, and face masks.
