He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy H. Brown and Stella Frances Ingle Brown. He is survived by: his children, Billy F. Brown, Eric Brown (Kimberly) and Debra Brown Bowers (Johnny); his grandsons, Austin, Tanner Bowers and Liam Brown; his stepgrandson Dylan Ragan; his sister Frances Elaine Mahan; and his close friend Jeanne Brewer Smith.
Due to the current health concerns for the community, those in attendance are asked to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C. D. C. as it pertains to social gatherings including the use of face masks and hand sanitizer.
