Payne, AL and Jennifer Pryor Rice of Chickamauga, GA; his daughter-in-law Marie Cutts of Piedmont, AL; his sisters, Christina Galion of Nashville, TN and Sherry Jane Cryee of Rossville, GA; and his great grandchildren, Adam, Kyle, Jed and Waylon Jo.
