She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Lee "Shorty" and Loretta Powell; her husband Clyde Jennings Buffington; and her sister Laverne Garrett. She is survived by: her sons, Barry (Charlotte), Ricky (Karen) and Jeff (Carolyn Buffington); and her grandchildren, Miranda, Luke Kennamer, Blake, Tiffanie Buffington, Robby, Alana Buffington, Heather and Adam Tuxbury. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
