She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Burr and Mary Wooten Burr; her husband Harry Lee Chappelear; her children, Byron, Gary, Frank Chappelear, Pat Cagle, Freda Higdon and Barbara Hicks; her granddaughter Holly Chappelear; her great grandchildren, Eric Crowe and Lacosta Evans; and her siblings, Bud, Floyd Burr, Leona Hartline, Katherine Ellis Burr and Rita Burr West.
She is survived by: her son James Chappelear; her granddaughter Tammy Bradley (John); her siblings, Terry Burr and Phyllis Burr Kirkpatrick; and her great grandchild Brooke Haggard (Justin). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, and twenty-four great-great-grandchildren.
