He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Williams Blake; his son Wesley Blake; and his parents, Borden Blake and Bonnie Blake. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Wilkes (Brad) of Huntsville, AL, Nancy Peppers of Sulphur Springs, AL and Cole Blake (Summer) of Sulphur Springs, AL. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter.
