He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou and Hugh McKaig; and his brother Richard N. McKaig. He is survived by: his wife Sharyn E. McKaig; his children, Matt McKaig (Sunny), Kate Sosnowski (Bill) and Jenny Spivey (Clint); and his siblings, Alice E. McKaig, H. A. McKaig (Sandra) and Roddy E. McKaig (Donna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
