She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Rorex; her siblings, Geraldine Young, Mary Catherine Blevins, Aileen Gothard and Milton Peoples; and her parents, Lonnie Peoples and Amanda Durham Peoples.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Rorex of Natchitoches, LA, Sissy Mishkel (Mark) of Cumming, GA, J. J. Rorex (Starla) of Wildwood, GA and Tim Rorex (Nancy) of New Hope, TN; her grandchildren, Amanda Thacker (Shawn), Kaitlyn Birchfield (Cole) and Brady Rorex (Kelsi); and her sisters, Betty Marshall and Henrietta Cruse. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
