He was predeceased by: his parents, June Willders and Chesley Simmons Jr. Matthew; and his sister Cheryl Carey. He is survived by: his sons, Tyler Simmons and Kendall Simmons (Brandy Catlett); and his sisters, Shelly McConnell and Whitney Singelton. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
