She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Millican; her son Randy Millican; and her parents, Robertine Smith and John Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Smith of Chickamauga, Tracey Norman of Fort Olgethorpe and Becky Sims (Billy) of Lafayette. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
