As Louise departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Louise may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Louise leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Con Hampton; her parents, Jack Derryberry and Dorothy Derryberry; and her siblings, Bud Derryberry and Jane Payne.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Veal (Matthew); her granddaughter Heaven Leigh Veal; and her siblings, Carolyn York (Marvin), Ronnie Derryberry (Demetrius) and Joanna Wallace (David).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rising Fawn Church of God (3425 US-11, Rising Fawn, GA 30738). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Sarah Chapel Cemetery Sarah Chapel.
