She is survived by: her husband Jim Blaylock; her children, Heather Evans (Raymond), Katherine York (Trippe), Jay (Candace) and Charles Blaylock (Teresa); her grandchildren, Levi, Autumn Hulgan, Brittney, Cody, Alisa, Dylan Blaylock, Garrett, Bryson, Sarah and Hannah York; her great grandchildren, Hadley Gregory, Harper Gregory and Sophie Hulgan; and her siblings, Charlotte Flannigan Goss (Sherman), Virginia Flannigan Morris (Jeff) and Mack Flannigan (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
