He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Daniel, Jr. of Birmingham, AL and Audrie Gilmore; his mother Gertrude Daniel Oliver of Trenton, GA; his fiancée Lynne Miller of Trenton, GA; and his siblings, Thomas Daniel, Jr. (Debbie) of Georgetown, TN, Jackie Daniel (Sharon) of Crossville, TN, Janet Manley (Mike) of Oxford, AL and Myrna Griffin (Robyn) of Trenton, GA. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces & nephews.
