He is survived by: his wife LaMerle Howard; his daughter Amanda Counts; his siblings, Windell Howard (Helen), Willie Mae Bishop and Teresa Michaels; his grandchildren, Eric Counts (Kayleigh), Kami Counts and Zack Counts; his great grandchildren, Iris Counts and Ivy Counts; and his grandchildren, Hallie Hartline, Rusty Hartline and Bailey Witt. He is also survived by several extended family members, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
