He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Cordell (Tommy) of Bryant, AL., Dee Dee Bishop (Kenny) of Flat Rock, AL. and Deborah Peters (George) of Trenton, GA.; his grandchildren, Tiffany Shrader, Katie Cordell, Colton Peters, William Peters, Joseph Peters, Hunter Bishop and Haley Bishop; his stepgrandchildren, Kenneth Bishop III and Scharee Moore; and his siblings, Jeannie Byrd, Theresia Beck (Gary), Sadie Leverett, Faye Leverett (Jack), Ginger Scruggs (Jerry), Barbara Wallin (Alan), Lizzie Ginn (Roger), Tony Weathers (Wanda), Joe Weathers (Patsy), Bobby Weathers (Brenda) and Marion Weathers (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
