He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Byers Hilliard; his parents, Billie Marie Kuykendahl and John Bernice Hilliard; and his brother Vance Hilliard. He is survived by: his children, Dee Hilliard and Ralph Hilliard; his brother John Hilliard; his stepsons, Mitchell Moore (Regina) and Adam Moore (Beth); and his grandchildren, Joshuah, Sara, Gracie Hilliard, Connor, Kayden and Kayci Moore.
