He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Phillips of Trenton, GA and Jerry Smith (Connie) of Henagar, AL; his grandchildren, Jeremy Smith and Amanda RehKamp (Wayne); his great grandchildren, Zack Smith, Britany Robinson, Nathaniel and Nicholas RehKamp; and his great great grandchildren, Lucas, Ransom and Ana Belle Robinson.
