He is survived by: his wife Frances Snapp Whitley; his children, Shane Whitley (Jessica) and Juria Sitz; his grandchildren, Jeffery Sitz (Kelsey), Kimberly Whitley, Michael Whitley and Kayleah Whitley; his great grandchild Adalyn Sitz; and his siblings, Joe Whitley (Jackie), Carol Sharpton, Douglas Whitley, Calvin Whitley, Charles Whitley, Helen Townson (Steve), Stanley Whitley (Lisa) and Marlene Buff (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
