He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Davis and Ida Davis; and his siblings, Phillis Davis, Larry Davis and Rev. J. L. Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Davis; his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Chuck Castleberry; his sons, Michael (Amber Davis), Anthony (Michelle Davis) and David (Crystal Davis); and his grandchildren, Charlie Davis (Ashley), Chad Davis, Cody Davis (Heather), Amanda Davis (George), Caitline Stone (P. J.), Devin Kesler (Amy), Kendal Kesler, Brandon Castleberry and Tommy Davis. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
