She is survived by: her husband Jesse A. Carter; her daughter Pamela J. Carter (Donna M. Carter) of West Haven, UT; her grandchildren, Jessica M. Vellinga and Michael A. Kittner; and her great grandchildren, Carter and Kaysen Vellinga.
